Ingredients:
- aubergine
- minced pork
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- ginger
- garlic
- chilli
- sugar
- MSG
- onion
Instructions:
1. Pan fry your aubergine until it is soft
2. Take it out of pan and fry off your herbs + spices + add minced pork
3. When minced pork is cooked, add your sauces and aubergine
4. Serve up!
